Group equipment class using the Pilates Tower and/or Wunda Chair. Maximum of 2 people in the class.

The Pilates equipment classes are a fun way to add resistance to your Pilates movements. The equipment uses springs to either support or challenge the body. Your bones, joints and muscles will be strengthened and lengthened. Your balance and coordination are also challenged during the class. The allegro Tower offers a large repertoire of movements to challenge the body. This class is suitable for people with some Pilates experience (either Mat, Pilates max or Private).
